Polypropylene
Lightweight, chemical-resistant and fatigue-proof — the living-hinge plastic, hard to print.
Polypropylene (PP) is a lightweight, chemically inert and fatigue-resistant plastic famous for living hinges and packaging. It's difficult to print due to poor bed adhesion and warping, but valuable for chemical-resistant and fatigue-critical parts.

Print tips
Hard to print — poor bed adhesion. Use a PP-specific build surface or packing tape. 220–250 °C nozzle, 90–110 °C bed. Enclosure helps.
Safety & food contact
Low odor; generally safe.
Food contact: Many PP grades are food-safe; verify.
