Ultra-soft elastomer for wearables, soft grips and stretchy bands — softer than TPU.

Thermoplastic elastomer is a softer, more rubber-like alternative to TPU, used for wearables, soft grips and stretchy bands. Shore hardness typically 85A–100A. Easier to stretch but less durable than TPU.

Print tips

Print very slow (10–20 mm/s). Direct-drive strongly preferred. Minimal retraction. Blue tape or PEI with glue stick.
