Flexible, rubber-like filament for parts that need to bend, stretch and absorb impact.
Thermoplastic polyurethane is an elastomer printed on FDM machines to produce flexible, durable parts — gaskets, tires, phone cases, grips. Shore hardness varies by grade (95A to 98A). Prints slowly and bonds excellently to itself.

Print tips
Print slow (15–30 mm/s). Direct-drive extruder strongly preferred; Bowden works but is harder. Minimal retraction. No enclosure needed. Blue tape or smooth PEI with a glue stick.
